EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

We aim for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer an EXCHANGE, REFUND, or STORE CREDIT for full-priced items returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
If you return an item after 14 days and within 30 days, you will be eligible for a store credit for the value of the returned items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including GIFT CARDS, APPAREL, CLEARANCE items, and all SALE items.

Faulty Items

Under consumer law, you are guaranteed that goods must be of acceptable quality.
If an item is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or online store credit, at the discretion of our customer service team. This will depend on the type of fault and the time elapsed between the purchase date and your contact with us.
If you discover a fault with an item, please contact us immediately at support@emissionsapparel.com.au, including your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We offer a 3-month warranty on all products. After reviewing the photos, we will contact you with the next steps, and you may need to return the item for assessment.

Exchanges

Step 1: Email our support team at support@emissionsapparel.com.au with your issue.
Step 2: Include your order number, full name, and details of the product/sizing issue in your package.
Step 3: Send the package to our warehouse at: Unit 2 51 Buckingham Drive Wangarra
Step 4: Once we receive your item, we will process an exchange, refund, or issue a store credit based on your chosen resolution.
